I don't know when your Patrick left Ireland and whether he leased land. The 1855 Griffiths Valuation head of household listing for Kilmoremoy civil parish shows a Patrick Langan in Culleens townland  https://www.failteromhat.com/griffiths/mayo/kilmoremoy.htm   I can't tell if you added Patrick to our XO Chronicles site  https://irelandxo.com/ireland-xo/history-and-genealogy/ancestor-database
