Hello, I am looking for any information on Johanna Giltinan. I have no references but was told by family that she was born in Limerick around 1830. She emigrated to the US and married Jeremiah Coffey. It is possible that Jeremiah was also from Ireland. Appreciate your help!

Giltinan (and variants) was not a common surname in Ireland in the mid-19th century. Looks like the surname was native to Co. Limerick and Co. Clare. I searched for a baptismal record for a Johanna Giltinan around 1830 but there was no record available.
Jeremiah Coffey was likely from Ireland.
Have you considered a DNA test? Possibly you will have matches with 3rd or 4th cousins who have more information on the family,

There are records for Johanna and Jeremiah in the FamilySearch database [https://www.familysearch.org].
If you search there, you can find Johanna under ID number KZKZ-V2M, and can access the records for the others easily through that record, as you will see. The records show Johanna as having been born in Kildimo, Limerick, Ireland, in 1832, and also show info for her parents and 8 siblings. There is very little info shown for Jeremiah, but in each record, at the right hand side of the screen, you can see the screen names of those who have created or modified the record, and can send them private messages, so you might be able to get more info by contacting them (and perhaps also locate some relatives that way).
FamilySearch is operated by the LDS church, and is free to use. You have to create an account to use the database, but they don’t ask for much personal info, and no missionaries will contact you or anything like that. The database does not have separate family trees, and is essentially one huge tree of linked records, in which there is a single record for each person, with a unique identification number (although sometimes people unknowingly create duplicate records for the same person, which you can merge when you spot them).
The Catholic parish of Kildimo is located to the southwest of the city of Limerick, and has parish register records going back to 1831, so you may be able to find a baptismal record for Johanna (assuming that the family were Catholic). You can access the parish register online at this link (with a map of the parish):
https://registers.nli.ie/parishes/0876
If you find the baptismal record, it should indicate the townland in which she was born (that is, where the family lived). That isn't always the case, but the townland name is commonly given. If you find it, then you can look for info about that townland at this link for the civil parish of Kildimo (which also has a map):
https://www.townlands.ie/limerick/kildimo2/
Kildimo is the name of both a Catholic parish and a civil (administrative parish). Kildimo is also the name of one of the townlands within Kildimo civil parish, but at this point it is unclear whether the reference at Family Search is to the Catholic parish, the civil parish, or that specific townland. The Catholic parish covers a wider area than the civil parish, so if you do turn up a townland name and find that is not in the list for Kildimo civil parish, you can look for that townland in a neighboring civil parish (using the links at the site I gave you).
