Would anyone have a copy of  'Anecdotes of Tobermoney & Neighbourhood' by Francis CHAMBERS, he wrote it in 1854.

I would love to a) learn about the contents. b) find a copy to purchase. c) ask SKS to scan and send to me.

  • Hi , I have just been having a quick look for you. Through the NLI ,National Library of Ireland I found a reference to the book and there seems to be a copy in manuscript form in the Belfast Public Record Office. There may also be a photocopy. http://sources.nli.ie/Record/MS_UR_079636

    Also you could keep an eye on auction houses such as fonsiemealy.ie who regularly sell rare books. fonsiemealy.ie

  • Thank you Majella, I appreciate the advice. I live in New Zealand so I was hoping to find something online. Or be able to have some communication with someone who has a copy, so I can decide whether to pursue buying a copy.
