Rachel,
Per RootsIreland, Thomas Kearney was born Dec. 17, 1822 in Scart, Gowran, Kilkenny, RC. His parents were Thomas Kearney and Mary Cashion. He had a brother Edmond born in 1826.
I did not find wedding records for T. Kearney and Mary Cashion or Thomas K. and Ellen Coleman. Were the latter married in the America?
I will check Ancestry to see if I can find more info.
Regards- Mary

Rachel,
Also per RootsIreland, there are records from the same time period of John Kearney & Winifred Cashion's three children all born in Scart, Gowran, Kilkenny:
Anstice Carney 7 Apr 1818, parents - John Carney & Winifred Cassen
Ellen Kearney 30 Sep 1823, parents - John Kearney & Winifred Cashion, one sponsor is Catherine Cassion
Patrick Kearney 31 Dec 1829, parents - John Kearny & Winifred Cashion
A possible case of brothers marrying sisters...or cousins...no way to tell.
Griffith's Valuation records from 1850 show a James Kearney and Mary Kearney as tenants in Scart, Dungarvan civil parish, Gowran.
I too did not find any marriage records as stated by MaryTV.
Regards,
Carolyn

Per Ancestry, in 1865 there was a Thomas and Ellen Kearney living in Albany, NY with some of the children you identified. There are trees on Ancestry that connect Thomas born to Thomas K. and Mary Cashion married to someone else living in Missouri.
Was your Thomas and family living in Albany. How do you know his parents' names.
Regards- Mary

Some of the children you named were living in Albany, New York, in 1865 with Thomas and Ellen Kearney. Ancestry has trees connecting Mary Cashion, who is married to a Missourian, and Thomas, who was born to Thomas K.
