Hello
I am searching for any information on John White son of John & Hannah White .
He was aged 25 on his marriage certificate in 1865 which would make a DoB 1840-41 but on his death cert he was 82 in 1916 which would make his DoB 1834.
His family is likely to be Protestant
He emmigrated in 1862-3 to Australia to the gold fields and then went on to Otago and Southland , New Zealand.
Any information would be greatly appreciated .

Sarah, I am looking at unanswered queries and there is only one John White, father John and mother Hannah Woods, it is a Catholic baptism in Limerick, parish of St Johns on the 27th May 1843.
A lot of Prostestant records were lost in the civil war, oever 40% and some Presbyterian records are not online. There were 6 siblings born to this couple, 7 in all from 1836 to 1844 (searched 1830 to 1850) only.
Pleast revert if you want sibling details but cannot be sure it is the correct family.
