John Hosey and Catharine Daly family. Offaly Co.

I am searching for my Hosey family who came from the Ferbane area of Offaly Co.  My 3rd great grandfather was John Hosey. I know nothing about him other than his name and his wife and kids.  He married Catharine Daly who was born about 1799.  They had several kids: Patrick born about 1825, Mary, Peter born about 1828,  Bridget 1829, Elizabeth about 1831, Ellen about 1833 and Rose about 1841. I found baptismal records for Patrick and Peter from Tiseron and Galen parish (Catholic), but none of the other children.  I have not located any marriage record for John and Catharine.  No death record on John.  He may have died in Ireland, but I don't know if he left earlier.  I have not found him in the U.S. or Canada (yet).

I have found a Catharine Hosey from Griffith Valuations in a town called Curraughalassa living near some Daly family which leads me to believe she moved back to family at some point (just a strong  hunch) .  Later she immigrated to USA in about 1862 or 1863  with a son who settled in Indiana years earlier, and a daughter Rose Anna. Catharine ended up in Perinton,  NY where she died 25 July 1872.  On her headstone it states she was  a native of Ferbane and wife of John Hosey. 

Some of these children of John and Catharine moved to Logansport Indiana and the others to the Rochester, New York area.  The lives of these children have been interesting to track down in the U.S., but I know nothing of their life in Ireland and I am desperate to learn more.
