This family
left Londonderry, Northern Ireland with three Children in 1807 on the ship Hannah arriving in Philadelphia, PA November 4th, 1807. I wonder where to begin to find what parish they belonged to. I believe they were protestant, but I am not sure. isabela had one daughter Eliza Beaty, two sons I believe.

Correction, Isabella McCormick, and Charles Beaty left Londonderry Ireland with their three children on the ship Hannah and arrived in Philadelphia December 12, 1809. Also, I found a message thread that one daughter Susannah Beatty, born May 18, 1799, in Ireland, daughter of Charles Beatty and Isabella McCormick; died October 10, 1830, in Switzerland County, Indiana. Is there any photo or record of the ship Hannah in Ireland? Was this an English ship?

Nancy,
I think there have been dozens of vessels called Hannah. (The very first ship in the US Navy was named Hannah). Identifying the vessel that sailed with your ancestors in 1809 may prove rather difficult. I very much doubt there are any photos of her. Photography didn’t really get going till the 1850s, and I doubt she was still in service then.
If she was a vessel registered in Britain or Ireland (or Canada) it should be in the merchant Shipping records in the National Archives in Kew, London. See:
