I saved this screenshot some time ago but do not remember the site and didn’t follow it up at the time. Does anyone recognise where it came from and have any suggestions how I can obtain a copy please?

    What you have is a reference to a probate record on file at the National Archives.  Since it gives the record number, you should be able to locate the document by contacting the archives:
