If there is someone familiar with the CP of Killahan and specifically the townlands of Ballymacaquim West and East, I could use some advice and help.

For several years, I could not determine the fate of my great grandaunt, Margaret Donoghue(1875) who up to 1911 lived with her father,James and brother James in the townland of Dromartin, Rattoo. I finally found that she had married a fellow named Jeremaih Hanafin(sp?) whose resided in Ballymacaquim when they married in 1912. I had also found the birth records of sons, John and Daniel Hanafin, who were born in 1912 and 1913. That was the last I had found of the family.

Only recently and with the help of Michael Lynch, Tralee Library, I found that the Hanafins also had a daughter Bridget( birth circa 1914) who ultimately married William O'Leary in 1938( Church at Abbeydorney). Both were living in Ballymacaquim at the time of the marriage.

Using a records index from the LDS site I have found what I think are the birth records of four children born to Bridget and William, John(1940), Patrick(1950), Michael(1952) and Sarah(1953). All of those O'Leary children would be my cousins and I would love to determine if any are still living in Ireland if possible.

My question is whether anyone with familiarity of the townland of Ballymacaquim or of the Civil parish of Killahan may know of an O'Leary family still living in the area?
