David,
A search of Subscription sites www.findmypast.ie and www.rootsireland.ie for the years 1850+5 did not shown any record.
What were the names of their parents and religion.
Attached, land records which show the surnames - Brannon and Brennan.
It can be confusing.

Hi David,
What religious denomination did John Brannan and Mary Ann Duffy belong to when they lived in Ireland? Their religious denomination may determine if there are church parish records for their marriage, and possible baptisms, if the church registers of their denomination are available far enough back in time.
Thank you,
Dave Boylan

David,
I searched for a marriage record for a Patrick Brannan and Anne Kane in County Fermanagh with negative results.
I searched for "Brannan and Brannon" in County Fermanagh in Griffith's Valuation - 1862 - www.askaboutireland.ie/Griffith's - No record found, but it does have the surname "Brennan".
There is a Pat Brannan in Londonderry census 1831.
Counties Leitrim and Monaghan have "Brannan and Brannon". It is possible that your descendants were from either of those two counties. See also Tithe Applotment Records www.nationallibrary.ie/genealogy - 1823 - 1830.
Both are free sites
