Hi Roger, perhaps you can assist here with suggestions, etc: My Great Uncle Francis Grady, dob 1875, pob, Kilglass, born to Jacobus (James) and Bridget Brislane Grady, lived in Easkey 1901-1908; married 1899 Kilglass to Mary Neary, daughter, Mary Jane, dob 1901, was hospitalized for two years in Sligo Asylum for TB, died 1908 in the Asylum.
Trying to locate records, place of burial, photo from hospital records, etc. Any subbestions?

Hi Mike!
Looks like there is no civil record of the death (at least I was not able to find a record). I would assume with TB that she may have been buried on the grounds of the workhouse.
I found this article from the National Archives https://www.nationalarchives.ie/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/Hospital_records_BrianDonnelly.pdf They may have records from the asylum for the period of your interest but you may have to visit the NAI. I would e-mail them to see if they can assist.
