I'm trying to look for more information about this Petty Sessions (Cappawhite) case in the papers. It happened on the 6th of July 1906 in the townland of Chadville. The Hayes family assaulted Jeremiah Fahy.
Backstory: Mary Hayes and Jeremiah Fahy had an illegitimate child together the year before.
I've attached the court case. Can anyone see any more information about the court case in the papers?

Hi Daniel, I do not have access to the papers but some subscription site do, also at that time the British Newspaper Archive is reputed to be best but there is also an Irish Newspaper Archive, both subscription. I am aware some libraries publish synopis of reports from the local papers and you can ask (nominal fee) to have them mailed to you (email) the Tipperary Library is here http://tipperarystudies.ie/genealogy/
There are also a number of active Facebook pages on Tipperary Genealogy, private so apply to join, not sure if they will have any info on what you are looking for.
There is a book called My Clonmel Scrapbook published in the early 1900s and I think it is available on Google Books. Long shot it may contain something on your story.

Hayes family assaulting Jeremiah Fahy that's a pretty interesting topic, I bet that if you will order help from professional writers they will find more information and will write a perfect paper. Don't hesitate and save your time. Or you can check some from already written essays for example culture essays.
