I applied for the above on Annie Cartier (seeHogan) and was trying to find out when it will be mailed to me in the USA I sent an email to the website hoping for a response. The reference number is 670023. I have been charged for this already back on 11/5/19.

Cappoquin (in Iriah, Ceapach Choinn, meaning "Conn's tillage plot") is an electoral district and a Catholic parish in Waterford, though their boundaries are not exactly the same. There are two townlands within the electoral district which are also called Cappoquin: one is just Cappquin, and appears to be the town itself, and the other is Cappoquin Demesne, which appears to be the rural area to the north of the town. Since the town is waht you want, here's a link to more info about that townland (which also has a link to info about the rural townland): https://www.townlands.ie/waterford/coshmore-and-coshbride/lismore-and-m…
The Catholic parish of Cappoquin has online records of baptims and births available back to the early 1800's, and here is a link to those records:

Cappoquin can be seen on Google Maps at this link:

If you zoom in enough, you can see Allen Street there as a continuaiton of Main Street, as one goes out of town to the east.

I just noticed your last comment. I assume you are trying to get a death certificate from the General Register Office. If you have not received the certificate, I would file a complaint.
