I am searching for ancestorsof Cornelius Bowen. Born about 1840. Parents Edmund & Norah Bowen. Cornelius emigrated to Australia 1857. Ship records state his parents were dead. He must of had siblings. Any information would be much appreciated.

I searched on the subscription site Roots Ireland for all of Ireland and did not find a baptismal record for a Cornelius Bowen with the parents you listed. Also,did not find any Bowen baptismal records for any children of Edmund and Norah Bowen. Likely they were from a parish that no longer has records back to the baptismal years.
You posted in the Kilmoylan Galway parish page. Do you have information which points to this parish? I checked the 1855 Griffiths Valuation head of household listing for Kilmoylan parish and there were no Bowens listed. https://www.failteromhat.com/griffiths/galway/kilmoylan.htm
