Hi -- I will be in Ballinasloe on Saturday, September 18, 2023, and would like to visit sites and learn more about my following Cooke ancestors:
John Cook (great-grandfather), born October 9, 1845 in Aughrim, son of
John Cook (second great-grandfather), born March 1, 1818 in County Galway, and Isabella Wiley (born 1821 in Ireland), son of
John Cooke and Catherine Wakefield, married May 16, 1815 in Aughrim.
They were all Church of Ireland.
