I am looking for "Connemara" emigrants from around 1880 who settled in Minnesota. I am helping a journalist with an article and would very much like to connect with any family members who settled in Minnesota, and especially St. Paul.

This reply might be too late but I just now saw your post - I am descended from Connemara immigrants who settled in St. Paul, Minnesota. One side was part of the Tuke's Scheme of Resettlement but I don't have the exact timeline of when they settled here (it was approx. 1885). The other side initially settled in Superior, Wisconsin but eventually made their way to St. Paul.
