Born c.1823, reportedly in the Parish of Denn, Cavan, Ireland; acccording to several secondary sources.
The problem is that his presumed parents and siblings were from Gorteenbrack, Fuerty, Roscommon.
Terence was in the midde of his siblings births. There is no metion of him that I have found in either Cavan or Roscommon. He emigrated to America in the early 1840s, so there is no mention of him in Griffiths, and he was long gone and deceased in America before the 20th century censuses. Add to this that I have found no family connection to Cavan, so I have no idea why his parents, or at least his mother would have traveled there for his birth.
