I am interested in knowing more about Richard Walsh. My great grandmother was Mary Walsh born around 1870. I think she had a brother Richard Walsh. Both of them lived in Charleville. Mary married my great grandfather Jeremiah Murphy in 1888. I am wondering if there is a connection between these families.

Hi Eileen ~ There may be a link. The surest way to tell is to do a DNA test. For my family, the DNA link appears to be strong on this branch with clear connections to many in the area.
