Place of migration
Migrated to/Born in USA
US Headstone says he was from County Galway. I have found a shiplist with his family arriving in NY November 19, 1854. Family; wife, Ellinor or Elsinor, children; John B-1844, Michael B-1848, Pat B-1851 and lost at sea, Bernard B-1854 my Great Grandpa. I planning a trip to County Galway as soon as the COVID thing subsides. Need all kinds of help. I've research online; Griffith Eval., and the OLD almost unreadable microfilms of the available RC church records. Help! Tomstone says born in 1813 but shiplist shows 1822?! Elkader, Clayton County, Iowa obituary shows he died Feb 1, 1881.
