I have information from an English Census (1861) about a Michael KILGALLON, married to a Mary KILGALLON (Maiden names: CAVANAH or CANNON) who is my great, great grandfather.
On the Census he states that he was born in Ireland, Mayo (as was his wife Mary).
I believe he may have been born in 1828 or 1829 (his age in 1861 Census is listed as 32).
