Have been unable to establish where or when SON Festus died, as it appears he did NOT accompany his father, step mother and step siblings to England some time after 1851 (Have details he was with the family in the 1851 Ireland Census extract) but nothing after this date. There is a Festus Flynn who died in a Galway/Roscommon Workhouse in 1865 aged 24 which would be about right - or he may have emigrated to the USA at some point, but have not found any firm data to support this.
Maria (aka Mary) Conway, first wife of James Flynn (Tailor) born abt 1818 in Tynagh, Co.Galway. Married James Flynn 14 May 1840 in Glinsk-Kilbegnet, Galway. Died (believed giving birth to Festus her son) in 1841. Son Festus (aka Festy) Flynn born 1841 in Glinsk-Kilbegnet. James married again a year later to Bridget Walsh who bought up Festus with children of the 2nd marriage.

Baptism record 1st November 1818 St Nicholas N&E Galway City (Maria Conway) believed to apply to this Maria (Mary) Conway.
Marriage footnote: The 1851 Census extract relates (as an added notation to James Flynn by the UK Pension office)...1st married 1839 Derryhippo Townland which seems to contradict information given above, so to be further researched unless anyone can help with this.
