Laurence Nowlan came to Australia. The obituary in the paper said he was the youngest of 7 children(4 boys and 3 girls) The article also states he was born in Mullamast and came to Australia around 1865 and died in Flinders in 1908.
Laurence appeared to do a lot of land speculation. He also owned and ran one of the Guest house in Flinders.
Laurence In his will he leaves a 100 pounds and a block of land in Flinders to his niece Mary Jane Dowling. We have not been able to find Mary Jane in Australian records.
