Johanna Lalor/Lawlor/Lawler was born in Ballyduff, Kerry around May 1, 1842 – as per baptism record for the Parish of Causeway. Her parents were Thomas Lalor and Ellen Connor. Baptism records have also been found for 3 siblings – Ellma 1836, John 1839 and William 1844. Johanna married Patrick Kiely of Kanturk, Cork in Marylebone, England in 1863. They migrated to Queensland, Australia in 1865. They had 10 children - 2 born in England and 8 in Australia. Their son John born in 1872 was my grandfather. Johanna died in Stanthorpe QLD in 1877.
