James"s father was William Flavelle born in 1764 and his mother was Jane Watson born 1766 and died 1841.James was a policeman and was married to Ann. Jame's son James born 1830 married Frances McDonald in Dublin in 1851 but Frances died in 1854 and then James married Elizabeth Haughton ( born approx 1827) in 1857 in Dublin. James and Elizabeth had a daughter Charlotte in 1858 and emigrated to Australia in 1859 . They had 5 more children - John Haughton, Mary Jane, Anna Maria, George and Emily.
