Born in Donaghmore (we believe) and married Margaret Oliver on 3 Dec 1864. Had one child in Ireland, James Boyle, b. 1866. The family then emigrated to Lanarkshire, Scotland where 4 more siblings were born. One of the children, Margaret Boyle, was born in 1879. She met Austin McGreal of Westport County Mayo while working in a "brick" factory. The two of them married and eventually made their way to the United States, through Canada, and settled in Chicago.
