Stayed in Ireland

Elizabeth Camblin was my 2nd great-grandmother. She was born in the townland of Cornascribe on 26 April 1845 and baptised two months later at the Tandragee Presbyterian Church on 29 June. She was the second born child and daughter of James Camblin and Sarah McCallan. Elizabeth gave birth to a child in 1870 then married William Courtney, a widower with two surviving children, on 15 April 1875 at the Registrar's Office in Armagh. They lived in Portadown until William died in 1916 then Elizabeth stayed with her daughter Sarah Alice McConnell and family in Belfast.
