Griffith Valuations named tenants whose 'house' was valued at over £3 initially. I am trying to picture what such a residence might have looked like. I cannot find a Griffith coding guide to assist re the type of roof, walls, number of windows, heaths etc. Can someone please point me to a site where I can find such clues? A few photos/drawings of examples would be perfect, of course.
Most tenant farmers seemed to have houses valued between 15s. and £2.
