I have been trying to locate more info on my maternal grandmother Catherine Bourke (Burke?) of County Mayo.
She may have been from Kilcommon/Robeen parish in Hollymount, but definitely from the Ballinrobe Registration District.
She was born around 1865 and married Patrick Morris of the townland of Knocknaukell, Mayo Abbey in Mayo. They had several children: Ann, Mary Ellen,John, Catherine, Hubert, Honora-Nora, William aand James. She died in 1907 and is buried in the old cemetery at Mayo Abbey. I have been trying to locate the name of her parents for years but can find no records. Any help would be most appreciated. Thank you.
